Meet the Expert
Josh brings over 20 years of experience working with complex mechanical and electronic systems where reliability is critical. His career includes maintaining advanced shipboard weapons systems and electronics in the U.S. Navy and extensive work in CNC service and reliability engineering. He specializes in diagnosing difficult machine problems and helping manufacturers improve machine uptime and reliability. Through Grit & Gear Solutions, Josh provides practical, independent technical support to keep production moving.
